history

Lustrum was founded in 1988 and began as an office furniture manufacturer of high design executive furniture, also producing furniture for receptions, lobby’s, conference rooms and educational areas.

Today Lustrum specialises in library furniture and manufacture a unique shelving system called “LITTBUS” which was designed by Börge Lindau and was developed to meet demands and needs in today’s modern Libraries. Development was carried out in close co-operation with library personnel and architects who had extensive experience in library design. Lustrum continues to work on product development and new designs for environments where quality and function are essential elements.
